Smart Operation Modes
The Mars Hydro iFresh Smart Fan introduces 3 advanced smart modes—Auto, Cycle, and Timer. Users can preset the fan speed, ranging from 25% to 100%. When a mode is active, the fan operates at the selected speed, and even when inactive, a "standby mode" setting can keep the fan running at 25%. Here’s how it works:
Auto Mode
Auto Mode allows you to set climate triggers to define a “safe range” for your grow environment. If temperature or humidity goes beyond your preset limits, the iFresh Smart Fan automatically adjusts the climate to restore optimal conditions. You can choose from 3 priorities: Humidity Priority, Temperature Priority, or Both Temperature & Humidity.
Dead Zone: You can set a dead zone for the temperature and humidity trigger thresholds, preventing frequent on/off cycles and ensuring smoother operation. The recommended Dead Zone is 2–3°C for temperature and 5–10% RH for humidity. You can adjust these values based on your specific needs for optimal performance.

Cycle Mode
Cycle Mode allows the fan to operate in a continuous loop, starting at your selected time. It will run for a specified duration, then shut off for a set period, and repeat this process for the number of times you choose.
Start Time: Set the exact time when the first cycle should begin (00:00 – 23:59).
Run Duration: Define how long the fan should run continuously in each cycle (00:00:00 – 23:59:59).
Shutdown Duration: Specify how long the fan should stay off between each cycle (00:00:00 – 23:59:59).
Number of Cycles: Choose how many times the fan should repeat this on/off cycle per day, from 1 to 99 cycles.
- For example, if you set the start time to 00:00, the run duration to 2 hours, the shutdown duration to 1 hour, and 8 cycles, the fan will start at 00:00, run for 2 hours, shut off for 1 hour, and repeat this cycle 8 times.
Timer Mode
Timer Mode gives you complete control over your fan’s schedule. You can set up to five phases, with start and end times adjustable between 00:00 and 23:59. Each phase can be turned on or off individually for flexibility. Please note that the timer function does not support scheduling across multiple days.
