Previous model has better conetion whit remout as aux wire. And Fan is turning off when it does it job, but it would be better when is working at less on first speed. Generly, product is good, but there is some thing to prove.

Au top je recommande à 100% 10 vitesse incroyablement silencieux et de bonne qualité pour le prix au top… à voir si le filtre a charbon fait le taf je remettrais un commentaire..merci Mars hydro

This is a copy of the review I wrote on Trustpilot. I left the review on Trustpilot because I felt my experience with Marshydro EU needed to be shared.
So far I must say I am pleased by the way Marshydro conduct business. I ordered a temp controlled inline fan which took only 3 days to get to me in Austria. I then enquired about another fan to pair with my temp controller. Customer support replied back to me within 24hrs with crucial information (that particular fan will not connect to a temp controller. I then ordered a speed control fan and in 3 days it arrived.
I had a problem with one of the fans so I contacted customer support They looked into it, saw the problem and then sent out a replacement part priority post. From the date I told them the problem to the date the part arrived was less than a week.
So all in all so far so good. No Complaints!
I can only write what I have experienced dealing with Marshydro, and that is good products and Great customer service.
Even tho I had a problem with one of the fans, I still Rate 5 stars because the issue was handled in a swift, professional and friendly way.
I am a normal customer, not affiliated in any way at all with Marshydro.

This 6″ fan set is amazing, i love the design and of course the colours. The controller unit is so cool, and the many settings makes is unbeliveable. It donest make to much noise, so for that, the 5´h star was given. If you need a new fan, then go for this set, it´s good quality for the buck.
