1.Eligible Items
Only LED Grow Lights are eligible for return or exchange.

    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be in original condition, and in the original packaging

2.Non-Returnable Items

    • Grow Tents and Grow Tent Kits are final-sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • If you receive a tent with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to assist.

3.Shipping fee:

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason

5.Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected,  refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
