A must, I use it under mini greenhouse seedlings and the watertank to my hydroponic system. Seeds like 20-23 C. 24 C and above its risk for mold. For hydroponic system is 19-23 C. Above water cannot hold oxygen. VERY importent in hydroponic systems

The mat does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I was a bit skeptical after reading reviews of similar products on Amazon, so I chose the MarsHydro mat. And I am not disappointed. Within six days 90% of the chilli seeds sown have germinated.
