How Many Points Do I Need To Get a Free Product?
Once you have enough points, you can apply them to your orders. Or, let them
build up for a bigger reward! Since our product prices vary, the exact amount
differs. But remember, every 100 Reward Points is worth $1.
Do I Get A Reward On My Birthday?
When you provide your birthday during sign-up, we'll send a reward on your
special day every year, valid for the next 30 days! If your birthday is within 30
days of signing up, expect your reward the subsequent year. To change your
birthday, contact Mars Hydro Customer Service.
What Can My Reward Points Be Used For?
