I can't connect my new VG with my previous VG. What should I do?
Due to the upgraded connectors on the new VG, which enhance water resistance and connection stability, the new VG cannot be connected in series with the old VG. If you have purchased the new VG and are unable to connect it with the old one, please contact our customer service at [email protected].
