We have warehouse in Germany, will ship from EU to EU, not China factory, no customs.
EU(including Ireland): Shipping from Germany warehouse with EU plug.
Normally most in-stock products are shipped within 1-3 business days of the order payment completed.
Germany: 2-5 business days; UK: 3-5 business days; EU: 5-15 business day
You can check your account if you register on our website. We’ll also send a tracking number email to your email when the shipment is done.
