LED Grow Light: The light can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, in the precondition of non-artificial damage. We cannot accept lights that have been purchased over 1 month whether you use light or not.
Package: The package must be in its original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it when returning an item. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition.
Shipping fee: If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason
